Protein Chocolate Muffins



Indulge guilt-free with these delicious vegan protein chocolate muffins. Packed with wholesome ingredients and rich chocolate flavor, they make for a satisfying snack or breakfast option.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup oat flour
  • 1/2 cup vegan chocolate protein powder
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup vegan chocolate chips

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 350F 175C

In a large bowl, mix oat flour, protein powder, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt

In another bowl, whisk maple syrup, almond milk, applesauce, and vanilla extract

Combine wet ingredients with dry ingredients and stir until well combined

Fold in chocolate chips

Divide the batter into muffin cups lined with paper liners

Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean

Allow muffins to cool before serving
