Keto Mozzarella Sticks



Cheese sticks are a classic comfort food that you can enjoy in a Keto-friendly way. When you want cheese without feeling guilty, these sticks are the way to go. They're crunchy on the outside and gooey on the inside.

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz
  • mozzarella cheese, cut into sticks
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • Cooking oil spray

Instructions:

Start by heating the oven to 400F 200C

Almond flour, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and salt should all be mixed together in a shallow bowl

For each mozzarella stick, dip it into the eggs that have been beaten, and then cover it completely with the almond flour mixture

Put the cheese sticks that have been covered on a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper

Spray the sticks with cooking oil spray just a little to make them crisp

Put it in an oven that is already hot and bake for 6 to 8 minutes, until the cheese melts and the topping is golden brown and crunchy

Take them out of the oven and let them cool down a bit before you serve them
