Ingredients:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup diced ham
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese e

- Butter or oil for cooking
Instructions:
Put the flour, eggs, milk, melted butter, and salt in a blender
Mix until it's smooth
30-minute break for the batter
Add a little butter or oil to the bottom of a nonstick skillet or crepe pan and heat it over medium-low heat
Spread out the batter on the bottom of the pan by swirling a small amount of it around
The crepe is done when the edges begin to lift and the center is firm
Turn the crepe over and cook the other side for an extra one to two minutes, until it's just barely golden
Take the crepe out of the pan and do it again with the rest of the batter
If you need to, add more butter or oil
On one half of each crepe, put diced ham and shredded cheese
Then, fold the other half over the filling to make a half-moon shape
For an extra one to two minutes on each side, or until the cheese melts and the crepes are warm all the way through, cook the filled crepes
Enjoy while hot!
