Cherry Chocolate Cheesecake Blondies



The sweet cherries, rich chocolate, and creamy cheesecake swirls in these Cherry Chocolate Cheesecake Blondies make them a real treat. You can make them quickly and enjoy them right away!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chopped cherries
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350F 175C and grease a baking dish

In a small bowl, mix together flour and brown sugar

Melt butter and let it cool slightly

Add eggs and vanilla to the butter, whisk until combined

Gradually add flour mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing until smooth

Fold in chopped cherries and chocolate chips

Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly

In a separate bowl, mix cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth

Drop spoonfuls of cream cheese mixture on top of the blondie batter

Use a knife to swirl the cream cheese into the batter

Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and set in the center

Allow to cool before cutting into squares
