Keto Cauliflower Mac and Cheese



Indulge in a creamy and satisfying Keto version of the classic comfort food, mac and cheese. This recipe replaces carb-heavy pasta with tender cauliflower while retaining all the cheesy goodness.

Ingredients:

  • 1 head cauliflower, chopped into florets
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon mustard powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish optional

Instructions:

Warm the oven up to 190C 375F

When the cauliflower florets are soft, steam or boil them and then drain them well

Heavy cream should be heated in a saucepan over medium-low heat

Add the garlic powder, mustard powder, salt, and pepper, and mix in the cream cheese until the mixture is smooth

Shred the cheddar cheese and stir it in until it melts and is smooth

In a baking dish, mix cheese sauce with cauliflower

The top should be bubbly and golden after 15 to 20 minutes in the oven

If you want, you can add chopped parsley as a garnish before serving
